Where Form Responses Show Up in Sparkforge
Form submissions live in Sites → Forms → Submissions. Custom-field answers also appear inside each contact record under Contact Details.
Forms capture information from contacts who fill them out. Sparkforge writes submissions to two places: a central Submissions view and the matching contact record.
Find form submissions
- Go to Sites in the left navigation.
- Click Forms at the top.
- Open the Submissions tab.
From there you can search, filter, and open any submission to see exactly what was submitted.
See form data on the contact
Custom-field answers also show on the contact record. Go to Contacts, search or click any contact, and the custom-field answers appear in the Contact Details panel.
