Add One-Click Order Upsells to Sparkforge Forms

Order Upsell lets you present a follow-on product right after a customer completes a form purchase. Sparkforge reuses the original payment token, so the upsell charges with a single click — no re-entered card, no extra checkout pages.

Requirements

• V2 Funnels only — V1 Funnels and standalone Websites do not support Order Upsell
• Native Form element — third-party embeds break the token handoff
• Same domain across funnel steps — avoids third-party cookie issues
• Sufficient inventory if the upsell product has stock tracking enabled
• Avoid long Wait steps in Order Submitted workflows that depend on the upsell

Set up Order Upsell in Forms

Step 1: Build the form with a Sell Products element

1. Open or create a form and drag the Sell Products element onto it.
2. Click Add Product in the settings panel.
3. Pick an existing product or create a new one. Mark it as a main product or order bump and set which fields show.
4. Click Save.

Step 2: Add the form to a V2 Funnel

In the funnel builder, drag in the native Form element and connect it to the form you built.

Step 3: Create the upsell step

1. In the form’s Button Actions, set the post-submit action to Go to Next Step.
2. On the upsell step, open the Products tab and confirm the linked products.
3. Drop a Button onto the upsell page and set its action to One click up/down sell product.
4. Pick the upsell product. The button charges immediately using the original payment token.

Step 4: Add an Order Confirmation

On the final page of the funnel, place an Order Confirmation element. It shows the primary product plus any upsells the customer accepted.
