How to Embed Sparkforge Forms on External Websites
Generate a form embed script in Sparkforge, then paste it into Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WordPress, or Duda. Submissions sync directly to your CRM with no redirect away from your site.
Sparkforge forms run on external websites the same way they run on Sparkforge sites. Build the form, copy the embed code, paste it into your site editor, and submissions flow into your CRM automatically.
What embedding gets you
- Direct lead capture: Visitors fill out the form on your site without a redirect.
- Cross-platform support: Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WordPress, and Duda are all supported.
- CRM sync: Submissions land in Sparkforge immediately for follow-up and automation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I customize the form's appearance before embedding it?
Yes. Design and field configuration happen inside Sparkforge before you copy the embed code. The embedded form reflects whatever you save in the form builder.
Can I run multiple forms on different pages of the same site?
Yes. Each form has its own embed code. Generate one per form and paste each into the relevant page.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every supported platform has a code or embed widget where you paste the snippet. No custom development required.
Can I embed a form on a Squarespace checkout page?
No. Squarespace does not allow form embedding on checkout pages. Use a different page on your site.
Where do form submissions go?
Directly into your Sparkforge CRM, where they can trigger workflows, automations, and reporting just like submissions from a native Sparkforge site.
