Voice AI Translation for Call Transcripts and Summaries

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge Voice AI can translate every call transcript and summary into a target language automatically. Enable the toggle on an agent, pick the language, and translated content shows up in Dashboard and Logs, in post-call notifications, in saved notes, and in workflow variables.

Voice AI agents already transcribe and summarize calls. Translation adds one step: render those transcripts and summaries in the language your team or your clients actually read.

What gets translated

  • Call transcripts — the full text of the conversation.
  • Call summaries — the AI-generated recap.
  • Both appear seconds after the call ends, in the language you chose.

The original-language transcript and summary remain available. Translation is added on top, not in place of, the source.

Enable translation on an agent

  1. Go to Settings > Voice AI Agents.
  2. Click Create Agent or open an existing one.
  3. Toggle on Translation Service.
  4. Pick the target language from the dropdown.
  5. Save the agent.

Once it is on, every call handled by that agent gets translated automatically. No per-call action required.

Where translated content shows up

  • Dashboard and Logs — view translated summary and transcript on the call record.
  • Post-call notifications — the notification you receive after each call includes the translated content.
  • Notes — the translated summary saves to the contact's notes automatically.
  • Workflows — post-call workflows can use translated summary and transcript variables for follow-ups and handoffs.

Cost

Translation consumes one additional AI credit per minute of transcribed audio, on top of the standard transcription cost.
