Voice AI Outbound Calling Dashboard in Sparkforge
The Voice AI Outbound Calling Dashboard surfaces every outbound AI call your business places—connected, voicemail, no-answer, or failed—with talk-time, sentiment, and workflow attribution in one view.
The Outbound Calling Dashboard is an analytics view inside Sparkforge's Voice AI suite. It aggregates data for every call your AI agents place and presents it as tiles, charts, and logs that mirror the inbound dashboard.
What you get on the dashboard
- Attempted Calls — every dial including connected, voicemail, no-answer, and failed.
- Connected Calls — total connections, total and average duration, and daily/weekly/monthly trend charts.
- Actions and Sentiment — confirms automation triggers fired and shows positive, neutral, and negative call outcomes.
- Detailed Call Logs — sortable by status, workflow name, date, duration, recording, and transcript.
Why it matters
- Spot drop-off: high no-answer or voicemail rates point to dialing windows or local-presence issues.
- Coach with context: sentiment charts surface friction in real conversations.
- Workflow accountability: the Workflow Name column ties every call back to its originating automation.
- Apples-to-apples reporting: outbound and inbound metrics align in one schema.
How to open the dashboard
- Log in to the desired sub-account.
- Go to AI Agents > Voice AI > Dashboards & Logs > Outbound.
- Set the Time Range filter (Today, 7 Days, 30 Days, Custom).
- Hover any chart for exact counts, or click a tile to jump to filtered Call Logs.
- Use the kebab menu to export CSV or share a read-only link.
Filter test vs. live calls
The Call Type filter (borrowed from inbound logs) isolates Test from Live calls so analytics stay clean during build-out.
