Sparkforge Voice AI supports 26 languages so callers can be greeted and helped in their preferred language. You set the agent's language and voice in Agent Details, and the greeting auto-translates.
Supported Languages
English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Hindi, Japanese, Polish, Romanian, Turkish, Vietnamese, Swedish, Norwegian, Russian, Indonesian, Greek, Danish, Finnish, Chinese, Korean, Slovak, Bulgarian, Malay, and Hungarian. Multilingual voices that handle English and Spanish are also available.
Voice Library
Over 80 voices are available, with the selectable list automatically filtered by the language you choose. Custom voices can be imported from ElevenLabs.
Configure an Agent in a New Language
- From the left navigation, open AI Agents and select the Voice AI tab.
- Open Agent List, then click the agent name to open Agent Details.
- In the Language dropdown, select the target language. The Initial Message auto-translates to that language.
- Review and edit the translated greeting in the Initial Message field.
- Pick a voice from the now-filtered voice list.
- Save the configuration and run a test call before deploying.
Best Practices
- Match the language to your audience. The agent only responds in the configured language.
- Do not write language instructions in the prompt. The system already operates in the chosen language; explicit instructions can confuse it.
- Update the greeting after switching languages so the auto-translation reads naturally for native speakers.
