Apply Themes to Sparkforge Forms and Surveys

Themes in Sparkforge forms and surveys apply a coordinated design — colors, typography, spacing — in a single click. Use them to launch faster and keep multiple forms visually consistent.

What Themes do

Each Theme is a pre-built preset covering colors, fonts, button styles, and spacing. Pick one, then tune it to match your brand. Real-time previews show changes before you publish or embed.

Why use them

• Consistency — one selection coordinates the whole form.
• Speed — start from a polished baseline instead of blank.
• Responsive — themes adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Live preview — verify before publishing.

Apply a Theme

1. Open your form or survey in the builder.
2. Click Styles & Options (top right) to open the right sidebar.
3. Select the Themes tab and choose a Theme.

Customize after applying

Refine colors and imagery in Styles & Options → Styles → Colors & Backgrounds.

Button Themes

Button Themes are curated presets — Filled, Border, and Text Only — that apply best-practice color, typography, and spacing. Start from a theme, then refine in the Button Styling Panel.

1. Close the gallery to return to the Button Styling Panel.
2. Adjust Colors & Background, Typography, Layout & Alignment, Padding, Border & Corner Radius, and Shadow.
3. Toggle Full Width if the button should span the container.

Brand colors

Confirm how Primary Color maps to button fill, border, and text in your chosen theme. Adjust contrast for accessibility.

Background image

If a Theme ships with a default background image, the upload control is disabled until you delete the default. Remove it first, then upload your own.

Adjusting individual styles

Use Styles & Options to change background, text input, and input border colors so the form matches your site's look.

Reverting

Open Select Themes to switch presets. Use Reset or Revert in the panel to undo recent changes.
