How to View Test Call Logs in the Voice AI Dashboard
A new Call Type filter in the Voice AI Dashboard Logs lets you view Test Calls, Live Calls, or both. Test calls include recordings and transcripts but are excluded from analytics and performance metrics.
The Voice AI Dashboard Logs now have a Call Type filter so you can review test calls alongside live interactions without polluting your performance metrics.
What's new
- Call Type filter: single-select dropdown — Test Calls, Live Calls, or Both
- Available everywhere: works on the All Agents view and on agent-specific logs
- Full detail on test calls: recordings and transcripts are captured for test calls (but excluded from metrics)
How to use the filter
- Open Voice AI > Dashboard Logs
- Click the Call Type dropdown above the log list
- Pick Test Calls, Live Calls, or Both
- Clear the filter to return to the default combined view
Important
Test calls are not counted in dashboard analytics or performance metrics. Use them to QA your agent without skewing your live data.
