How to Use Webinar Templates in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Webinar Templates in Sparkforge are reusable layouts that auto-replace placeholders with your selected video and registration form. They speed up setup and keep branding consistent across live and on-demand webinars.

Webinar Templates let you launch a webinar in Sparkforge without rebuilding the layout each time. Pick a template, choose your video and form, and the placeholders auto-fill.

What Webinar Templates do

A Webinar Template is a pre-designed layout with placeholders for the registration form and the webinar video. When you build a webinar from a template, your selected assets drop in automatically. Templates work for both live and on-demand webinars.

Why use templates

  • Faster launches. Auto-fill cuts setup to minutes.
  • Consistent branding. Reuse approved layouts across every webinar.
  • Agency-managed library. Agency admins control which templates show up in which sub-accounts.
  • Preserved styling. Custom designs stay intact — only the form and video placeholders are swapped.

Create a webinar from a template

  1. Open Webinars and click Create Webinar. Pick Live or On-Demand.
  2. Name the webinar.
  3. Pick the registration Form.
  4. Pick the Video.
  5. Choose a Webinar Template (or start blank).
  6. Click Proceed. The selected video and form replace the template’s placeholders.

Manage templates (agency admins)

  1. Open Template Library and choose the Webinar category.
  2. Use the visibility toggle next to a template to show or hide it for sub-accounts. Default/blank templates can’t be hidden.
  3. Click Create > Upload a new Webinar Template to add to the library.
  4. Configure per sub-account access as needed.

Notes

  • Default and blank templates always appear in sub-accounts.
  • You can change the video or form after applying a template — edit them in the webinar settings.
  • Templates can be previewed in the Template Library before selection.
