Template Library Access for Sparkforge Agency Admins

Agency admins on lower-tier Sparkforge plans can now browse the Template Library, hide specific templates, and hide whole categories from sub-accounts. Template creation still requires the top-tier plan.

Template Library admin access used to be locked to the top agency plan. Sparkforge now extends browse and hide controls to admins on lower tiers, so you can shape what sub-accounts see without paying for full creation rights.

What admins can do

Browse the Template Library from Agency View to see every available asset.
Hide individual templates so they never surface inside any sub-account.
Hide entire categories when a folder of templates does not match your services.

Premium creation tools stay visible behind an upgrade prompt. Admins keep visibility on hidden items for future management.

Hide an individual template

Go to Agency → Template Library.
Hover the template you want to remove.
Click Hide. A grey Hidden badge confirms the change.

The template disappears from every current and future sub-account immediately. You can still find it in Agency View to unhide later.

Hide a whole category

Open the Template Library and click the gear (Settings) icon.
Choose a product such as Funnels, then open Categories.
Toggle Hide next to the category you want gone.

Every template inside that category becomes invisible to locations. Templates that also live in another visible category will still display through that path.
