Control Template Library Visibility per Sub-Account in Sparkforge
Agency Admins can hide the Sparkforge Template Library on a sub-account, show it fully, or expose only certain products. Configure it from Template Library settings under the Agency view.
Template Library Visibility Control lets Agency Admins decide whether each sub-account can browse the Template Library, and which products show up if they can. Settings apply instantly to location users.
What you can do
- Hide the entire library for a sub-account.
- Show the entire library.
- Hide specific products only — funnels, websites, stores, forms, and so on.
- Drill in further and hide individual categories within a product.
Why use it
- Granular control: hide, show, or expose only the products that matter for that sub-account.
- Cleaner UX: location users see only relevant templates.
- Policy enforcement: keep off-policy templates out of specific modules.
- Faster onboarding: push users toward approved templates and reduce support questions.
- Instant changes: updates apply as soon as you save.
Access and permissions
- Only Agency Admins can configure visibility for sub-accounts.
- Agency users and admins always see the Template Library in every location — restrictions only affect sub-account users.
- System Email templates are always visible regardless of these settings.
