The Template Library is a built-in collection of designs for funnels, websites, social posts, emails, ads, documents, forms, and surveys inside Sparkforge. Enable it from Agency Settings, then access it from the relevant builder in any sub-account.

The Template Library is a built-in catalog of professionally designed templates that ship across Sparkforge: funnels, websites, social posts, emails, ad creatives, documents, forms, and surveys. Every template comes with stock imagery and starter copy, so the work is customization, not creation.

Enable the Template Library

  1. Go to Agency Settings > Company.
  2. Scroll right to find the Template Library option.
  3. Toggle Make Templates visible to clients on.

Access by Builder

Funnels and Websites

Open a sub-account, go to Sites > Funnels (or Websites), click New Funnel or New Website, and choose Go to Template Library.

Social Planner

Open Marketing > Social Planner, click + New Post, then Choose Social Planner Templates. Use the Type filter to jump to a specific format like Post or Story/Reel.

Email Builder

Open Marketing > Emails > Templates, click + New, then Template Library.

Documents and Contracts

Go to Documents, click Create New, and access the Template Library.

Ads Manager

Go to Marketing > Ads Manager, click Create Ad, and pick a template.

Forms and Surveys

Forms: Sites > Forms > Builder > Add Form > From Template. Surveys: Sites > Surveys > Builder > Add Survey > From Template.

Reports (Coming Soon)

At launch: Reporting > Custom Reports > New Report > From Template Library.

Search and Discover

Use the search bar to scan the library. Click into the bar to see recent searches, suggestions, and trending topics. Combine multiple keywords for tighter results, or filter by color using the search bar or the Colors filter. Matching keywords highlight inside template results, and Clear Filters resets the view. The library also surfaces Top trending this week and Recently added sections.

Can agencies upload their own templates?
Yes. Agencies on the $497/month plan or higher can add custom templates to the Template Library.
Is there a fee to use the Template Library?
No. The Template Library is included for every Sparkforge user at no additional cost.
Can an agency hide certain templates from sub-accounts?
Yes, indirectly. Place templates inside a Category, then toggle the category to Hidden. Templates only in hidden categories won't appear for sub-accounts.
Will more areas of Sparkforge get template support?
The library expands based on user demand. Reporting templates are launching next, with more builder areas under consideration.
How do I find a template fast?
Use the search bar with multiple keywords, filter by color or type, or browse Top trending this week and Recently added on the library home.
