How to Share Sparkforge Templates Between Agencies

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Agency Admins generate a shareable link from the Template Library, send it to another agency, and that agency imports the template directly from the URL.

The Template Library lets one agency share templates with another via a secure link. This makes it easy to swap proven setups without rebuilding from scratch. Only Agency Admins can generate shareable links.

Agency A: share a template

  1. Open the Template Library from the Admin view.
  2. Select the template you want to share.
  3. Click Share to generate a unique link.
  4. Adjust access settings to control who can use the link.
  5. Copy the link and send it to Agency B over email or any preferred channel.

  3. Accept the import.

Security notes

  • Update access settings on the Share dialog to keep templates private.
  • Only Agency Admins can create shareable links.
  • Treat shareable URLs like passwords. Anyone with the link can use it within whatever access settings you allow.
