How to Connect Facebook Lead Ads to Sparkforge
Open the sub-account's Settings > Integrations, click Connect on the Facebook–Instagram card, log in with admin permissions, pick the Page and sync mode (all leads or new only), then map form fields to CRM fields.
The Facebook integration syncs Lead Ads from a Facebook Business Page directly into a Sparkforge sub-account. Once connected, every Instant Form submission can populate contacts, fire workflows, and start nurture sequences without manual import.
What the integration does
- Lead automation: new Facebook leads create or update CRM contacts automatically.
- Field mapping: Facebook form fields map one-to-one to CRM fields.
- Sync mode: pull all historical leads or only new submissions going forward.
- Workflow triggers: Facebook Lead Form Submitted launches automation.
- Instagram support: if your Instagram Business account is linked to the Facebook Page, leads from Instagram lead ads sync too.
How to connect Facebook to a sub-account
- Open Settings. Click Settings in the bottom-left of the sub-account.
- Open Integrations. Scroll the left navigation in Settings and click Integrations.
- Find the Facebook–Instagram card. It sits in the top-right of the integrations grid. Click Connect.
- Log in to Facebook. A popup launches Facebook login. Use the account that owns the Page.
- Approve all permissions. Especially Page access and Lead access — these are required.
- Select the Page. Pick the Facebook Page you want to connect. You must have Admin access on both the Page and its Business Manager.
- Choose sync mode:
- All Leads — historical plus new.
- New Leads Only — submissions after this point.
- Confirm. Click Connect and Continue. A green Integration successful banner appears.
- Map form fields to CRM fields. Match Facebook fields like email, phone, and name to the CRM equivalents.
Frequently Asked Questions
What permissions do I need to connect a Facebook Page?
Admin access on both the Facebook Page and its Business Manager. If a Page shows up as 'page not visible' during connection, recheck both permissions and try again.
Can I connect more than one Facebook Page?
Yes. Multiple Pages can be connected to the same sub-account. Each Page syncs independently to the CRM.
What if my Facebook token expires?
Sparkforge displays a reconnection prompt. Open the Facebook integration card and reconnect to refresh the token. Lead syncing resumes once the new token is approved.
Can I trigger a workflow from a Facebook lead submission?
Yes. Use the Facebook Lead Form Submitted trigger on a workflow. Each new lead from a connected form will fire the automation.
How do I test the integration?
Use Facebook's Lead Ads Testing Tool or submit a real test entry on your form. The lead should appear in the CRM within a couple of minutes.
Does this also pull Instagram leads?
Yes, if your Instagram Business account is linked to the Facebook Page that's connected. Instagram lead ads route through the same Facebook integration.
