Troubleshoot CTA and Sync Leads for Multiple Facebook Pages

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Troubleshoot CTA in the Sparkforge Facebook integration fixes permission and form-mapping problems across all linked pages. Sync Leads now lives inside it for unprocessed-lead recovery.

The Troubleshoot CTA sits inside the Sparkforge Facebook integration card and walks you through the two issues that break Facebook lead syncing most often: missing permissions and unmapped forms. Sync Leads now lives inside the same flow as a recovery tool for unprocessed leads, not a routine manual step.

Why the workflow changed

Sync Leads used to be a top-level button and a lot of users ran it manually instead of fixing the underlying mapping or permission issue. Putting it under Troubleshoot reinforces it as the recovery action it always was. The integration card was also decluttered — Settings and Disconnect now live in a three-dot menu.

How to use the Troubleshoot CTA

  1. Open the Facebook Integration card in your account.
  2. Look for warning icons:
    • One icon flags unmapped Facebook forms — click it to open Facebook Form Field Mapping.
    • A different icon flags missing permissions — click it to start the Troubleshoot flow.
  3. Click Troubleshoot to enter the guided flow.
  4. Review highlighted permission and mapping warnings and resolve each one.
  5. If automatic syncing has fallen behind, run Sync Leads:
    • Pick a time range from the dropdown (past 7 days, 30 days, etc.).
    • Review the modal summary of what will sync.
    • Confirm to sync leads for all mapped forms across every linked Facebook Page.
  6. Verify the leads now appear in your Sparkforge CRM.

Important notes

  • Sync Leads runs across all mapped forms and pages on the sub-account at once. There's no single-page sync option — by design, so partial states don't drift.
  • If form mapping and permissions are correct, leads sync automatically. Sync Leads is a recovery tool, not a routine workflow step.
  • Warning icons point you straight to the broken thing. Resolving them is what restores continuous sync.

Next steps

  • Check the Facebook Integration card for active warnings.
  • Use Troubleshoot to fix permissions and mapping.
  • Run Sync Leads only when automatic syncing has actually missed leads.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did Sync Leads move under Troubleshoot?
Too many users ran it as a manual sync step instead of fixing the root cause. Moving it under Troubleshoot reinforces it as a recovery tool, not a routine workflow.
Will leads sync automatically without Sync Leads?
Yes. As long as form mapping and permissions are healthy, leads sync to your CRM in real time. Sync Leads is only for recovering missed leads.
Can I sync leads for one page only?
No. The flow intentionally syncs all mapped forms across every linked Facebook Page, so partial states don't drift between pages.
What does the warning icon mean?
It flags either an unmapped Facebook form or missing permissions. Clicking it takes you straight to the fix — Form Field Mapping or the Troubleshoot flow.
