Connect Facebook Lead Ads to Sparkforge for Multi-Page Sync

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Connect Facebook Lead Ads to Sparkforge so leads from one or more Facebook pages flow straight into your CRM. The user who runs the integration must be a Facebook page admin with Lead Access permission.

The Facebook Lead Ads integration pulls leads from your Facebook ad campaigns directly into Sparkforge. No CSV exports, no Zapier glue — leads land on the contact record as soon as Facebook delivers them.

Who it's for

Any business running Facebook lead ads. The lift is biggest for small teams that don't want to babysit lead exports, and for any operation already running Sparkforge workflows that should fire on new leads.

Before you connect

  • Page access — the user connecting must be an admin on the Facebook page.
  • Ownership — for business-level integrations, the page and the ad account must share the same owner.
  • Lead Access permission — required by Facebook to read lead data; without it, leads will not sync.
  • Ad account check — confirm your page is connected to the ad account running the lead form.
  • Business Manager users — the integrating user should already exist under Business Manager > Users > People.

Connect Facebook to a sub-account

  1. Go to Sub-account > Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Connect under Facebook.
  3. Approve the requested permissions.
  4. Select the pages you want connected.
  5. Open your lead form and map the Facebook fields to Sparkforge fields.

Manage connected pages

Open Settings > Integrations > Facebook > Manage Pages to add or remove pages from the connection.

Disconnect

Open Settings > Integrations > Facebook, click the three-dot menu on the card, and choose Disconnect.

Troubleshoot or sync leads manually

Open Settings > Integrations > Facebook > Troubleshoot to see missing permissions and trigger a manual sync.

Toggle Facebook and Instagram messaging

Open Settings > Integrations > Facebook > Settings (hamburger menu) to enable or disable Messenger and Instagram DM threads on connected pages.

Custom field mapping

When you build custom fields in Sparkforge for your lead form, only these field types are supported by the Facebook integration:

  • TEXT
  • LARGE_TEXT
  • NUMERICAL
  • PHONE
  • MONETARY
  • SINGLE_OPTIONS
  • DATE
  • DROPDOWN (single)

Do not rename Facebook form fields after the form is published — renames break the mapping on the Sparkforge side.

Why use this over manual exports

  • Leads land in real time, so missed-call text-back and welcome workflows fire instantly.
  • The full CRM record is one source of truth, not a stack of CSVs.
  • Ad attribution stays intact on the contact record.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why aren't my Facebook leads syncing?
The most common cause is missing Lead Access permission for the connecting user. Reconnect from a Facebook admin account that has Lead Access enabled on the page.
Can I connect more than one Facebook page?
Yes. During the connect step, select every page you want syncing. You can revisit Manage Pages later to add or remove pages.
What happens if I rename a Facebook form field?
The mapping in Sparkforge breaks. Avoid renaming live form fields, or remap on the Sparkforge side after the rename.
Can a non-admin user run the integration?
No. Facebook requires the connecting user to have admin access and Lead Access permission on the page.
