Connect Calendly to Sparkforge for Automated Scheduling

The Calendly integration imports events from selected Calendly calendars into Sparkforge. Once connected, bookings can create contacts, fire automation triggers, and route appointments to users by calendar ownership.

Connect your Calendly account

1. Go to Calendars in the left menu, then click Calendar Settings.
2. Open the Connections tab.
3. Click + Add New.
4. Find Calendly in the provider list and click Connect.
5. Sign in with your Calendly email (or with linked Google or Microsoft credentials).
6. Select the Calendly calendars you want to sync.
7. Check the consent box and click Save.

Phone number sync from Calendly

Calendly can carry guest phone numbers in the meeting location, in form fields, or both. Sparkforge handles each case differently.

Automatic sync from meeting location

If the phone number is only in the Calendly meeting location and the form has no phone fields, Sparkforge syncs that number to the contact automatically.

Mapping when phone is in form fields

If the Calendly form (Q&A) includes a phone field, Sparkforge shows a mapping screen so you can pick:

• A phone value from a form field
• The meeting location phone (if present)
• Do not sync to skip phone mapping

If a calendar/event type has no phone fields at all, the phone sync step is skipped silently.

Shared calendars: changing the phone sync option applies to every user linked to that calendar.

Edit which calendars sync

1. Under Connected Calendars, find your Calendly integration.
2. Click the pencil icon to edit the calendar selection.
3. Check or uncheck calendars and save. New selections start syncing after save.

Plan and account limits

• One Calendly account per user, per sub-account
• The same Calendly account can be connected across multiple users in different sub-accounts
• Supported plans: Calendly Standard, Teams, and Enterprise — Free and Essentials are not supported
• One-way sync only — edits must happen in Calendly
