SaaS Multiple Payment Providers in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

When enabling SaaS for a subaccount, pick which account, Stripe or your agency account, handles billing. Each subaccount can use its own provider, and admins see charges, invoices, and billing addresses on one page.

The SaaS subaccount billing page now supports payment providers beyond Stripe. You pick the billing source when you activate SaaS, and each subaccount can run on its own provider.

Updated SaaS Activation

When you manually enable SaaS for a subaccount, choose which account handles subscriptions and payments:

  • A Stripe account, or
  • An agency account

The billing system uses the default payment provider tied to whichever account you pick.

Per-Subaccount Payment Providers

Set the payment provider per SaaS subaccount. When the subaccount admin adds a payment method, it attaches to the provider you assigned.

Charges and Invoices

Subaccount admins see all charges and invoices on the billing page, including SaaS subscription charges and other line items.

Billing Address

Billing addresses save automatically with the subaccount, so admins can manage and retrieve them without leaving the billing page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use a non-Stripe payment provider for a SaaS subaccount?
Yes. When you activate SaaS, you pick whether a Stripe account or your agency account handles billing, and the default provider on that account is used.
Can different subaccounts use different payment providers?
Yes. Each SaaS subaccount can be configured with its own payment provider.
Where do subaccount admins see charges and invoices?
Both appear on the subaccount billing page alongside subscription details and payment methods.
Does the billing address sync automatically?
Yes. When a subaccount admin enters a billing address, it saves to the account record for retrieval and reuse.
