Agency Company Settings in Sparkforge: Full Setup Guide

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Agency Company Settings is the central panel for branding, whitelabel domains, AI toggles, and global controls across every Sparkforge subaccount. Configure it once and the changes apply everywhere.

Agency Company Settings is the global control panel for your Sparkforge agency. From here you set the agency name, contact info, login branding, custom code, whitelabel domains, AI feature toggles, and security defaults that apply across every subaccount.

How to access Agency Company Settings

  1. Log in to your Sparkforge agency account.
  2. Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left navigation.
  3. Open the Company tab at the top.

You will see three primary tabs: Basic Details, Whitelabel, and Advanced Settings.

Basic Details tab

The Basic Details tab sets the foundation of your agency's identity inside Sparkforge.

Agency information

  • Agency name — displayed across the platform and on client-facing screens.
  • Agency niche — used by Sparkforge to surface relevant templates and snapshots.
  • Email and phone — default support contacts shown to subaccount users.
  • Address — your registered business address for compliance and footer use.
  • Logo — square and rectangular logos for the in-app sidebar and login screen.

Feature toggles

  • AI Employees — enable or disable AI features for the entire agency.
  • Premium Triggers and Actions — unlock advanced workflow triggers across all subaccounts.
  • Workflow AI — enable AI-assisted workflow building.
  • Template Libraries — control which template marketplaces are visible to your team.

Whitelabel tab

The Whitelabel tab is where Sparkforge becomes your agency's branded platform.

  • Custom login domain — point a subdomain (e.g. app.youragency.com) at Sparkforge so clients log in under your brand.
  • API domain — whitelabel the API endpoint used by integrations and webhooks.
  • Privacy and Terms URLs — link to your own legal policies inside the platform.
  • Favicon and logos — light and dark variants for every UI surface.
  • Custom CSS and JS — inject styling or scripts to tailor the platform appearance.

Custom code tips

Custom CSS applies to the agency dashboard and every subaccount that inherits agency styling. Test changes in a sandbox subaccount before pushing them agency-wide. Custom JS runs in authenticated sessions — keep it short, defensive, and version-controlled outside Sparkforge.

Advanced Settings tab

Advanced Settings controls security, session behavior, and onboarding optimization.

  • Session timeout — set how long an idle session stays authenticated.
  • Time zone defaults — the fallback time zone for new subaccounts.
  • Onboarding settings — enable or skip the new-client onboarding wizard.
  • Two-factor enforcement — require 2FA for all agency users.

Recommended setup order

  1. Fill in agency name, contact info, and address first — these populate templates and footers.
  2. Upload logos and set the favicon before pointing your whitelabel domain.
  3. Configure custom domains last so DNS propagation happens after branding is locked in.
  4. Toggle AI and premium features only after your team has been trained on them.

Common pitfalls

  • Forgetting to save before switching tabs — each tab saves independently.
  • Pointing the whitelabel domain before the SSL certificate has provisioned.
  • Enabling agency-wide custom CSS without testing on the smallest viewport.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find Agency Company Settings in Sparkforge?
Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left of the agency dashboard, then open the Company tab at the top of the page.
Do whitelabel changes apply to every subaccount automatically?
Yes. Branding, domains, and custom code set at the agency level inherit down to every subaccount unless that subaccount overrides them locally.
Can I disable AI Employees for the whole agency at once?
Yes. The AI Employees toggle in the Basic Details tab turns the feature on or off across every subaccount under your agency.
What happens if I change the whitelabel login domain?
Existing sessions keep working until they expire, but new logins use the updated domain. Make sure DNS and SSL are in place before switching.
Is custom CSS or JS supported in Agency Company Settings?
Yes. The Whitelabel tab has fields for custom CSS and JS that load across the platform. Test in a sandbox subaccount first.
