How proration works

Sparkforge is prepaid. When you upgrade mid-cycle:

  • You're charged immediately for the new plan.
  • Unused days on the old plan apply as a credit.

Example: upgrade on March 15 from $297 to $497. Days 1-10 used at $297 = $99 credit. Remaining 20 days at the new tier = ~$133.33 charge.

Short-term relief is available for agencies in a temporary cash crunch.

Sparkforge accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and Visa-Debit. Confirm CVV, expiry, and billing address are accurate.

To modify or cancel an Online Listing service, contact accountmanagers@agencyonfile.com. To cancel via chat, supply location name, location ID, and reason. A 3-month commitment applies.

Wallet "Email Notification" charges

The label refers to transactional emails sent through Sparkforge Email — confirmations, automation outputs, internal notifications. They bill per send and deduct from the wallet. Audit them in Settings > Billing > Wallet Transactions and cross-reference under Marketing > Emails > Logs.
