Arrow Controls in the Sparkforge Email Builder
Arrow controls in the Sparkforge Email Builder let you reorder elements and layout blocks with a single click, without fighting drag-and-drop precision.
The Sparkforge Email Builder now has arrow controls for moving elements and layout blocks. Click up or down and the section moves. Drag-and-drop still works alongside the arrows.
What arrow controls do
Hover over an element or layout, and up/down arrows appear near the top-left corner. Click an arrow to move the section one position up or down.
- Faster reorder than drag-and-drop
- No precision required
- Works for individual elements and entire layout blocks
How to use arrow controls
- Open Email Marketing from the left-hand menu.
- Open an existing template or create a new campaign.
- Hover over the element or layout block you want to move.
- Click the up or down arrow that appears near the top-left of the section.
- The element moves instantly to its new position.
Elements vs layouts
Arrows work at two levels:
- Elements: text blocks, buttons, images. Arrows reorder them within their current layout.
- Layouts: broader sections like header, body, footer. Arrows move the whole section up or down within the email.
