How to Add a Product Element to Email Campaigns
The Product Element pulls items from your Sparkforge product catalog into email campaigns with images, prices, and a configurable CTA button. Products must exist in Payments first.
The Product Element drops items from your Sparkforge product catalog into an email campaign. Customers see images, descriptions, and prices inside the email and click through to your funnel, website, or store.
Prerequisites
Add products under Payments > Products first. Each item needs a title, description, image, and either one-time or subscription pricing. The Product Element pulls from this catalog — you can't create items inside the email builder.
Add the Product Element to a Campaign
- Go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns.
- Open an existing draft or click New Campaign.
- Drag the Product element into the email body.
- Pick the products to feature.
- Choose a layout (grid, list, or single-column).
- Toggle title, description, and price visibility per your design.
- Rename the CTA button (default is usually Buy Now).
- Set the URL — point to a funnel, website, or ecommerce checkout.
What it's good for
- Highlighting new arrivals or promotions in a newsletter.
- Cross-selling related items in transactional or follow-up emails.
- Cutting clicks for customers — they see options without leaving the inbox.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I send a product email without setting up Payments?
No. The Product Element pulls from the catalog under Payments > Products. Add at least one product before the element will populate.
Does the URL field accept anything?
Yes. Point it at a Sparkforge funnel, a website page, or an external ecommerce link. Any valid URL works.
Can I track conversions per product?
Email-level click stats are available today. Per-product revenue tracking inside campaigns is on the roadmap.
Will the layout look right on mobile?
The layouts are responsive and re-flow for narrow screens. Send a test email to your phone before publishing to confirm.
