Email Review Request Templates in Sparkforge

The review request email builder in Sparkforge gives you two starting points: a blank canvas for full control, or a Template Library of pre-built layouts you can rebrand quickly. Both produce emails that get sent automatically to contacts after a check-in event.

What you can do

• Build from scratch with a drag-and-drop canvas. Add text, images, buttons, review links, and social icons.
• Use the Template Library to pick a ready-made layout organized by category (Business Coaching, Financial, Creative, and more).
• Manage saved templates with preview, edit, clone, restore, and delete actions.

Turn on email review requests

1. Open Reputation from the main menu.
2. Choose Settings from the Reputation dropdown.
3. Click Email Requests.
4. Toggle email requests ON.
5. Configure timing: when the first email goes out (e.g. 1 hour after check-in), the resend cadence, and the maximum number of retries.

Start a new email

1. Click Create New.
2. Choose Create New Template for a blank canvas, or Import from Template Library for a pre-built layout.

The drag-and-drop builder gives you full control. Add text, images, buttons, a review link contacts can use to leave feedback, plus logos, social icons, and dividers. Click Save when finished.

Pick a category, swap in your text and brand assets, and save. Each template stays editable in the full drag-and-drop editor.

Manage saved templates

From the Email Requests dashboard, click the three dots next to any saved template:

• Preview & Edit Details — check the rendered email and tweak subject line or sender.
• Edit Template — open the full drag-and-drop builder.
• Clone — duplicate to spin up a variation.
• Restore — bring back a deleted template.
• Delete — remove permanently.
