The Text Element is a drag-and-drop block in the Sparkforge Email Builder that adds written content anywhere in your email layout. It supports rich-text formatting — fonts, colors, alignment, hyperlinks, headings, and lists — and adapts to desktop and mobile automatically.

What you can do with the Text Element

  • Add headings (H1–H4), paragraphs, and inline body copy.
  • Style typography, color, and alignment for brand consistency.
  • Drop hyperlinks directly into text for clickable CTAs.
  • Adjust padding and alignment for visual balance.
  • Render cleanly across desktop and mobile clients.

How to add and configure the Text Element

  1. Go to Marketing → Emails → Templates in your sub-account.
  2. Open an existing template or click + New to create one.
  3. In the Email Builder, click the Add Elements (+) icon in the left sidebar.
  4. Drag the Text Element into your layout.
  5. Click the element to open the Edit tab. Type or paste your content.
  6. Use the inline toolbar for bold, italic, underline, lists, alignment, and hyperlinks.
  7. Apply heading styles (H1–H4). Use the B button to toggle bold on or off without changing the heading level.
  8. Adjust font size, color, padding, and spacing for readability.
  9. Open the Visibility tab to set device-based visibility or conditional sending.
  10. Preview the email in desktop and mobile modes before sending.

Headings and bold

Heading levels and bold are independent. Select an H1–H4 element and click B to toggle bold without dropping the heading style. That keeps semantic structure intact while letting you tune visual weight.
