Multi-Language Support for Prospecting Widgets
Sparkforge Prospecting Widgets now auto-localize all system-generated text, including field labels, validation, submit buttons, emails, and PDF report links, to the user's preferred platform language. No manual configuration is needed.
Prospecting Widgets now adapt to the visitor's preferred platform language across every system-generated string. Field labels, validation messages, submit buttons, emails, and exported PDF report links all localize automatically.
What changed
Some backend-generated strings in widgets, emails, and PDF reports previously didn't follow the user's language preference. Now:
- Widgets display in the visitor's preferred platform language.
- System emails respect user language settings.
- PDF report links and exported content follow platform language preferences.
- No additional configuration is required.
Access Prospecting Widgets
Go to Agency View → Prospecting → Widgets to create and manage widgets.
Upgrade requirement
Prospecting Widgets require the paid version of the Prospecting Tool. Without it, you'll see an upgrade prompt instead of the widget builder.
Create and customize a widget
- Click Create Widget.
- Configure fields.
- Adjust styling and branding.
- Save the widget.
Widgets support Light and Dark themes.
What auto-localizes
- Field labels
- Validation messages
- System prompts
- Submit button text
- Error messages
- Confirmation messaging
No manual translation setup is required for system text. Custom text you type is not translated; it stays as written.
Embed the widget
- Open the Settings tab inside the widget.
- Copy the embed code.
- Paste it into your website backend.
After embedding, verify the widget loads, the layout displays properly, and all fields work.
Workflow and automation
When a prospect submits the widget, the contact saves automatically and tags apply. Workflows can fire from there to send welcome emails, assign pipelines, or run nurture sequences.
PDF and email language behavior
Exported PDF reports reflect the user's preferred platform language across report buttons, link labels, system text, and export messaging. System-generated emails follow the recipient's platform language for subject lines, CTAs, and instructions.
