How to Use Bulk Prospecting in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Bulk Prospecting pulls up to 60 Google Maps leads per search and lets you save 15 at a time. Use keyword, location, and radius filters, sort by Prospect Score, and rely on duplicate detection to keep your list clean.

Bulk Prospecting speeds up lead discovery in the Prospecting Tool. Search Google Maps by keyword and location, return up to 60 results per query, and save up to 15 prospects per batch with built-in duplicate detection.

What Bulk Prospecting Does

It is a search-and-save workflow inside the Prospecting Tool. You get higher result volume, multi-select saving, duplicate detection, and customizable result views without spreadsheets or copy-paste.

Smarter Search Controls

  • Keyword / Business Name — type an industry ("Dentist," "Roofing Contractor") or a brand name.
  • Location — enter an address, city, or ZIP, or type near me to use IP-based geolocation.
  • Radius — up to ~30 miles (49 km). Wider radius returns more results but reduces local relevance.

Expanded Result Volume

  • Up to 60 leads per search (cap is set by Google).
  • Map plus table view for spatial and list scanning.
  • Status hints update as records save.

Bulk Save and Selection

  • Select up to 15 rows per batch and click Add Multiple Prospects.
  • Selection persists across pages, so you can navigate and add together.
  • Use Select All / Unselect All on the current page to avoid mass deselection.

Sorting and Filtering

Sort by Prospect Score, Online Presence/GBP, Website (Yes/No), or Google rating. Click the filter icon next to Manage Columns to narrow the list to fits like "no website" leads.

Customize the Layout

  • Click Manage Columns to show, hide, or reorder fields.
  • Set rows per page to 5, 10, or 15.

Duplicate Detection and Statuses

  • Not Added — not saved yet.
  • Added — saved previously or just now.
  • Generating Prospect (xx%) — the system is preparing the record and Marketing Audit.

Where Saved Prospects Land

Records appear in Prospect Accounts at the agency view, or under Marketing → Prospecting in a sub-account. With Prospecting Premium linked to a sub-account, matching Contacts are created there for outreach automations.

Run a Bulk Prospecting Search

  1. Go to Marketing → Prospecting in the sub-account and click Add Prospect.
  2. Enter a keyword, a location, and a radius. Click Search.
  3. Sort the results by Prospect Score, Website, or Rating. Adjust columns and rows per page.
  4. Select up to 15 rows. Selection persists across pages.
  5. Click Add Multiple Prospects. Watch the Status column for Generating Prospect → Added.
  6. Click View to open the record and Marketing Audit Report.

If you hit the 60-lead cap, broaden the radius, refine the keyword ("roofer" vs "roofing contractor"), or shift the center location.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I only see up to 60 results?
That cap is imposed by Google. Run additional searches with different keywords or shifted centers to expand coverage.
How many prospects can I save at once?
Up to 15 per batch. Your selection persists across pages until you confirm Add Multiple Prospects.
What does Generating Prospect (xx%) mean?
Sparkforge is creating the record and preparing its Marketing Audit. The status flips to Added when complete.
How does duplicate detection work?
If a business has already been saved in your account, the Status column shows Added. Click View to open the existing record instead of duplicating it.
Does near me always use my exact location?
It uses IP-based geolocation, which can be skewed by VPNs or office network routing. Type an explicit location when precision matters.
