Customize Branded PDF Marketing Audit Reports in Sparkforge

The Prospecting Tool’s PDF Customization carries your live web report’s branding into every exported PDF. Set colors, borders, headings, and contact details in the Report Builder and the PDF picks them up on export.

Note: Premium Prospecting is required for saving customizations. Basic Prospecting can preview but not save.

Why brand the PDF

Open the Report Builder

Agency level

1. Log in to your Agency account.
2. Click Prospecting in the main navigation.
3. Open the Report Builder tab.

Sub-account level

1. Log in to the sub-account.
2. Go to Marketing > Prospecting.
3. Open the Report Builder tab.

Set up PDF customization

Web-only header or footer blocks won’t render in PDFs. Use Report Builder fields for anything that should appear in both formats.

Step 1 — Configure branding and theme

• Brand name and contact: agency name, phone, email, website.
• Borders and colors: match your brand palette.
• Heading colors: applied to section titles like Local Rank Tracker and Tech Stack Analysis.

Step 2 — Preview and save

1. Click Preview for a live render.
2. Check border, heading, header, and footer styling.
3. Click Save to apply to all future web and PDF reports.

Step 3 — Export the PDF

1. Go to Prospecting > All Accounts.
2. Click View Report then Export PDF, or click Export PDF directly from the list.
3. Choose the export language. System-generated text — headings, button labels, messaging — follows your selection.
4. Click Export PDF. The branded PDF opens in a new tab.

If an older audit doesn’t reflect the latest data, refresh the report before exporting.
