How to Organize Voice AI Agents with Folders in Sparkforge
Folders group Voice AI agents inside the Agent List so you can create, move, rename, and bulk-manage them. Use Folders First or Agents First views to match your task.
Folders keep your Voice AI workspace navigable when the agent list grows. Create folders, move agents in and out, and run bulk actions without scrolling a flat list.
What Folders Do
Folders group Voice AI agents by team, purpose, or phase (demo vs. production). They live under AI Agents > Voice AI > Agent List and support create, move, rename, delete, and bulk operations.
- Organization: Group by team, purpose, or environment.
- Speed: Jump to the folder that matters instead of scrolling.
- Scale: Bulk-move or bulk-delete agents and folders.
- Clarity: Switch between Folders First and Agents First views.
Create a Folder
- Click Create Folder from the Voice AI Agent List.
- Enter a folder name and pick any existing agents to assign.
- Click Create Folder. Selected agents appear inside the new folder.
