How to Toggle Optimize Experience Features in Sparkforge
Open Agency Settings > Company and scroll to Optimize Experience to toggle NPS surveys, product guides, daily update emails, and beta feature access on or off.
Optimize Experience controls the in-app feedback prompts, feature tours, and update emails Sparkforge shows to users. Each setting is enabled by default. Disable anything you do not want surfaced to your team or sub-account users.
Where to Toggle These Settings
- Open Agency Settings.
- Click Company.
- Scroll to the Optimize Experience section.
- Toggle each option on or off.
What Each Setting Does
NPS Surveys
Pop-up surveys that gather feedback on new features. Always white-labeled, never reference Sparkforge by name to end users.
Product Guides
Pop-up tours that highlight new features and walk users through setup with step-by-step instructions inside the platform.
Daily Updates
White-labeled emails sent to end users about important events like new reviews so they can respond quickly. Evolving into a daily snapshot report covering new reviews, average response time, and other operational metrics.
Beta Features
Early access to major feature releases across all accounts. Useful if you want to test new tools before they ship to general availability.
When to Disable
- NPS surveys: turn off for client-facing accounts where survey pop-ups feel intrusive.
- Product guides: disable for experienced users who do not need walk-throughs.
- Daily updates: turn off if your clients prefer alerts only inside the app or via SMS.
- Beta features: disable for production agencies that need stable releases only.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are NPS surveys branded as Sparkforge?
No. They are white-labeled and never mention Sparkforge to end users.
Can I disable these per sub-account?
The toggles live at agency level under Company settings. They affect all users across the agency and its sub-accounts.
Will I miss critical alerts if I disable Daily Updates?
Daily Updates are operational summaries, not system alerts. Critical notifications like billing or service issues come through other channels regardless of this setting.
Should I leave Beta Features on?
If you are running a stable production agency, turn it off. If you want to test new features early, leave it on.Frequently Asked Questions
