By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Logo Element drops your brand logo into any Sparkforge email layout, with upload or URL, sizing, alignment, and link options for consistent branding across devices.

The Logo Element adds your brand logo to a Sparkforge email layout. Upload an image, paste a hosted URL, set size and alignment, and link the logo to your homepage. Mobile rendering is handled automatically.

What the Logo Element handles

  • Upload directly or use a hosted image URL.
  • Custom width and height for proper scaling.
  • Left, center, or right alignment.
  • Optional link to your website or landing page.
  • Padding controls for spacing.
  • Crisp display on desktop and mobile.

Note: Use a transparent PNG or a high-quality JPG for the cleanest result. Avoid heavy files that slow load times.

    • Control Padding for layout balance.
  6. Open the Visibility tab to manage device-based visibility or conditional sending.
  7. Preview in desktop and mobile to confirm the logo renders cleanly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which file types are supported for logos?
PNG, JPG, and GIF are supported. PNG is the best choice when you need a transparent background that adapts to email theme colors.
Can I link the logo to my website?
Yes. Add a destination URL in the Edit panel and the logo becomes a clickable link — usually pointed at your homepage.
Will the logo resize automatically on mobile?
Yes. The Logo Element is responsive and scales to fit smaller screens without manual tweaking.
What size should my logo image be?
Use a high-resolution source, then scale down with the width and height fields. A file under 200 KB usually balances quality and load speed.
Can I use a different logo for desktop and mobile?
Yes. Drop two Logo Elements into the layout and use device-based visibility under the Visibility tab to show one per device.
