How to Manage Locations in Sparkforge Services (v2)
Locations in Sparkforge Services define where each appointment happens. A default location is created from your business profile, and you can enable Multiple Locations to add branches with their own staff schedules.
A location is the place a service happens — office, store, studio, or any physical address. Sparkforge creates a default location from your business profile and lets you add more when you operate from multiple sites.
What a location is
When you set up your account, a default location is generated from the address in Settings → Business Profile. That covers single-location businesses out of the box. Update its details anytime in Calendar Settings → Services → Locations by clicking Edit.
Run multiple locations
If you operate from more than one place, turn on Multiple Locations.
- Go to Calendar Settings → Services.
- Under Global Settings, toggle on Enable Multiple Locations.
- Add new locations under the Locations tab.
Add a new location
- Open the Locations tab.
- Click Add New.
- Upload an image (it appears on the booking page).
- Enter location name, phone number, and address.
- Click Save Location.
Note: Online locations like Zoom or Google Meet aren't supported as a native location type yet. Workaround: paste a static video conferencing link into the Address field.
Wire up staff availability per location
Locations don't appear at booking until staff availability is linked to them.
- Go to Calendar Settings → Services → Staff and edit a staff member.
- Open Assign Services and pick the services they cover.
- Open Weekly Working Hours.
- Add hours per service per location based on where and when they work.
Staff can work at multiple locations with different schedules, which keeps multi-branch scheduling flexible.
Important: A location only shows up at booking when staff availability is linked to it in Staff Settings.
