Filter Sparkforge Sub-Accounts by Email Provider

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Agency users can filter sub-accounts by email provider, domain, and verification status, then update those settings in bulk without opening each account.

Agency users running multiple sub-accounts can filter the list by email provider, domain, and verification status. That makes it possible to switch providers, update domains, or toggle verification on a group of accounts in one pass instead of opening each one.

Filter criteria

  • Provider: filter sub-accounts by the email provider they use.
  • Domain: filter by the sending domain attached to each sub-account.
  • Email verification: filter by verification status (enabled or disabled).

Provider groups

The filter splits sub-accounts into three groups so the bulk actions match what each provider supports.

LC

  • Filter sub-accounts using the LC provider.
  • Change the sending domain on selected sub-accounts.
  • Enable or disable email verification.

Mailgun

  • Filter sub-accounts using Mailgun.
  • Switch the provider to LC for selected sub-accounts.
  • Update the Mailgun domain on selected sub-accounts.

Others

Sub-accounts on Gmail, SMTP, or any provider outside LC and Mailgun fall under Others. From this group you can switch the provider to LC in bulk.

Why this matters

If you run dozens of sub-accounts, opening each one to change a provider or domain is the slowest part of an email migration. The filter lets you find the exact set of accounts you need to touch and apply the change in one move.
