AI Schedule for Email: Smart Send Time in Sparkforge

AI Schedule uses each contact's historical engagement to pick the best moment to deliver an email inside a window you choose. It lives next to Send Now and Send Later in the Conversations email composer.

How it works

1. You choose a delivery window (for example, the next 48 hours).
2. Sparkforge analyzes the recipient's open and reply patterns.
3. The system picks the predicted high-engagement moment inside that window.
4. The email is auto-scheduled for that time.

If there isn't enough behavioral data for the recipient, the email sends immediately so the window isn't wasted.

Why use it

• Higher engagement: delivery lands during predicted attention windows.
• Per-recipient timing: each contact gets a personalized send moment when data exists.
• Hands-off: no manual time-zone math.
• Less list fatigue: spreading sends naturally lowers the email-blast effect.

Choosing a window

• 12h: prioritizes speed with moderate optimization.
• 48h: the recommended balance.
• 72h: maximum optimization for non-time-sensitive content.

Time-sensitive updates do better with shorter windows. Newsletters and nurture emails generally benefit from longer ones.

Limits to know before you send

• Once you confirm Send with AI Optimization, the message cannot be edited, deleted, or rescheduled.
• AI Schedule is only available on sub-accounts using LC Email or Mailgun.
• It is not supported on accounts with 2-way sync enabled, even on LC or Mailgun.
• It only runs in the Conversations email composer. For email marketing campaigns, use Smart Send instead.

How to send with AI Schedule

1. Open or start an email thread in Conversations and write your subject and body.
2. Click the Send menu and choose AI Schedule.
3. Click Edit next to the optimization window if you want to change it.
4. Pick the window (12h, 48h, or 72h) and click Next.
5. Click Send with AI Optimization to confirm.

To check the picked send time, reopen the conversation thread. The scheduled time is shown above the message.
