Email AI (Beta 2.0) speeds up email creation in Sparkforge with guided prompts, Brand Board styling, and smarter layouts. Generate from a reference URL or image, then refine with plain-language edits and version history.

Enable Email AI (Beta 2.0)

The feature lives in Labs.

1. Go to Settings > Labs.
2. Toggle Email AI (Beta 2.0) on for each sub-account that should use it.

What Email AI does

Email AI is a guided, brand-aware experience inside the Email Marketing builder. It pulls fonts and colors from your Brand Board, recommends layouts, and lets you edit conversationally so you ship emails faster with less rework.

Key benefits

• Speed to first draft. Generate complete, structured emails in minutes.
• On-brand by default. Brand Board colors and typography apply automatically.
• Guided prompting. Assist Mode helps you write better prompts with fewer retries.
• Reference-based generation. Recreate an email you like from a URL or image, then adapt it.
• Smarter layouts. Cleaner sections, CTAs, and responsive structure.
• Conversational edits. Ask the AI to rewrite, shorten, translate, or add sections in plain language.
• Version safety. Undo, redo, and version history capture every generation.

Limits and known behaviors

• Reference fidelity. Custom code, tracking pixels, and scripts from a reference don't carry over. The AI recreates an editable layout instead.
• Assets. Replace sample images with licensed assets and confirm link targets after generation.
• Brand Board changes. Updating the default Brand Board affects future generations; previously generated emails keep their original styling unless you regenerate.
• Beta scope. Some features may evolve; export production-critical drafts as templates once you finalize them.

How to draft an email

1. Open Email Marketing and start a new email.
2. Choose Email AI as the starting method.
3. Provide a prompt, paste a reference URL, or upload a reference image.
4. Review the generated draft and your applied Brand Board styling.
5. Use conversational edits to rewrite, shorten, translate, or add sections.
6. Replace any placeholder images and confirm CTA links.
7. Save, send a test, and schedule or send.

When to use it

Use Email AI for first drafts, A/B variants, translation passes, or recreating layouts you've seen elsewhere. Stick with manual editing when you need pixel-precise custom HTML or have an existing template that already works.
