Install Marketplace Apps from the Workflow Builder

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge's Workflow Builder includes a Discover panel that lets you browse, search, and install Marketplace apps without leaving the workflow you're building.

The Sparkforge Workflow Builder now includes an in-line Marketplace browser. Click Discover in the action panel to search apps, view details, and install them without leaving the workflow you're building.

Open the App Directory

Inside the Workflow Builder action panel, click Discover. The full list of Marketplace apps opens in place — no navigating away from your workflow.

Browse and Filter

The in-workflow directory groups apps so you can find them fast:

  • Top Installed — most frequently added.
  • Top Free — popular apps available at no cost.
  • Top Paid — best-selling premium integrations.
  • Newly Added — recently published or updated apps.

Global Search Bar

The Global Search Bar finds:

  • Sparkforge-built workflow actions
  • Marketplace app actions
  • Triggers from both built-in and Marketplace sources

One search covers everything available in the builder.

Install an App

Click any app to open its detail view, which shows:

  • Overview of what it does
  • Available actions and triggers
  • Pricing (when applicable)
  • Reviews and ratings

Click Install and the app's actions and triggers appear under All Actions in the Workflow Builder, side-by-side with built-in steps.

Spot App Updates

If an app you've installed gets new actions or triggers, an Update tag appears next to it in the Discover panel. You can use the new capabilities right away — no reinstall required.
