Sparkforge workflow actions cover contact management, communication across every channel, data sync, branching and timing, AI, appointments, opportunities, payments, marketing platforms, affiliates, courses, IVR, and communities. Frequently Asked Questions

Can workflows run code I write myself?
Yes. The Custom Code action runs JavaScript inside the workflow, useful for advanced data transforms or logic that the standard actions don't cover.
What's the difference between Wait Step and Drip Mode?
Wait Step pauses one contact for a duration. Drip Mode paces a batch of contacts through a workflow in groups to protect email and SMS deliverability.
Can I send to multiple channels from one workflow?
Yes. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram DM, GMB, Slack, live chat, and voice call actions all run inside the same workflow.
How does Conversation AI as an action differ from a Conversation AI trigger?
The action hands a live conversation to AI from inside a workflow. The trigger fires the workflow when a Conversation AI event happens. Different direction, same feature.
Are Eliza actions standard?
They depend on the Eliza marketplace service being enabled for your account. If it's not enabled, those actions won't show up in your action menu.
