Spread to Column for Radios and Checkboxes in Forms
The Spread to Column option arranges radio buttons, radio images, and checkboxes across multiple columns in Sparkforge forms and surveys, tightening layout for long option lists.
Long radio or checkbox lists eat vertical space and hurt completion. Spread to Column splits the options across multiple columns inside Sparkforge forms and surveys.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which form fields support Spread to Column?
Radio buttons, radio images, and checkboxes. Other fields are unaffected.
What's the maximum number of columns?
Up to 5 in Single Column or Single Line Column layouts. Up to 2 in Two Column layouts.
Will my old forms automatically switch to columns?
No. The setting is opt-in per field. Existing forms stay as they are until you enable Spread to Column on a field.
Does this work on mobile devices?
Yes. The columns reflow responsively, so the layout still works on narrow screens.
