How to Use Membership Themes in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Membership themes set the look of your course and product pages. Choose a system theme, edit colors, fonts, and section layouts in the customization builder, then apply or save.

Membership themes give your courses and product pages a consistent brand feel without designing each page from scratch. Sparkforge ships several system themes; you customize the one closest to your brand and reuse it across products.

Step 1: Pick a theme

New products default to the Classic theme. To switch:

  1. Open the product you want to style.
  2. Click Customize.
  3. From the Theme Gallery, pick a system theme.

Step 2: Customize

Click Customize on the theme tile to open the builder. The left sidebar lists every section. Click into a section to reveal its settings.

Theme-level settings

  • Primary Color — buttons, top icons, lesson progress, course title, category title, lesson title, instructor title
  • Secondary Color — instructor name, descriptions, button text
  • Primary Font — same elements as primary color
  • Secondary Font — same elements as secondary color
  • Logo placement — header or hero

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I save a customized theme and reuse it on other products?
Yes. Save the customized theme and it appears under My Themes for application to any product.
Will switching themes lose my course content?
No. Themes only control visual presentation. Lessons, categories, and instructor details stay in place when you change theme.
Can I use different themes for different products?
Yes. Each product has its own theme assignment, so you can run multiple brands or course styles in one sub-account.
Where do I set the favicon for a course?
Favicon and logo are set on the product, not the theme. Open the product settings and upload your assets there.
