Hide the Twilio Error Banner with Custom CSS
Add `.hl_alert_twilio{display:none}` to the agency Custom CSS field under Settings → Company. The banner hides across every sub-account.
If a Twilio error banner is appearing across your Sparkforge sub-accounts, a single line of custom CSS hides it agency-wide.
Steps
- Click the sub-account switcher in the top-left of the navigation sidebar.
- Click Switch to Agency View.
- Open Settings.
- Click the Company tab.
- Scroll to the Custom CSS field.
- Paste:
.hl_alert_twilio{display:none} - Click Update Company.
The banner is now hidden in every sub-account under your agency.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I add the custom CSS?
Agency View → Settings → Company → Custom CSS field. The change applies to all sub-accounts.
Will this hide other alerts too?
No. The selector targets only the Twilio alert banner class, not other system alerts.
Does this fix the underlying Twilio issue?
No. It only hides the visible banner. If there's a real Twilio configuration problem, resolve it through Twilio settings.
