How to Use Brand Boards in Sparkforge Email
Brand Boards put your saved colors, fonts, and logos at the top of Sparkforge email pickers. Set one board as default to surface those assets across every email campaign and template.
Brand Boards keep Sparkforge email campaigns aligned with your visual identity. Once a Brand Board is marked default, its colors and fonts appear at the top of every picker inside the email editor — no hex codes to memorize, no custom code blocks to maintain.
Why use a Brand Board in email
- One source of truth. Your saved colors and fonts surface in the editor pickers automatically.
- No custom values. Skip hex strings and font-family code — pick from the swatches and typefaces you already approved.
- Consistent sends. Every campaign and template renders in the same brand styling.
What appears where
- Color and font pickers show the swatches and typefaces from the default Brand Board only.
- Media library shows logos from every Brand Board, so you can drop any saved logo into any email.
- Default switch is one board at a time — swap defaults to expose a different palette in the pickers.
Apply Brand Board styling to an email
- Open Marketing in the main nav.
- Go to Email Marketing and open a campaign or template.
- Edit a text block, button, or appearance setting to open the color picker. Brand colors sit at the top of the palette — hover to see the saved name.
- Open the font picker on a text element. Brand fonts sit at the top of the list.
- To insert a logo, open the media library from any image or logo block. Logos from every Brand Board are available; click Home to navigate folders.
Tips
- Only the default board's colors and fonts populate pickers. If a swatch is missing, switch the default.
- Hover any swatch to confirm it's the saved brand color, not a one-off.
- Logos are managed in the media library — deleting a logo there removes it from future inserts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't my brand colors show up in the email picker?
Sparkforge only surfaces colors and fonts from the default Brand Board. Set the right board as default and the swatches will appear at the top of the picker.
Can I use logos from a non-default Brand Board?
Yes. The media library shows logos from every Brand Board you've created, regardless of which one is default.
Do I need to enter hex codes manually?
No. Once a color is saved on the default Brand Board, it appears at the top of the color picker by name.
Can I switch which Brand Board the email editor reads from?
Yes. Change the default Brand Board and the email pickers update for new and future edits. Existing emails keep the styling they were saved with.
