How to Create a Brand Board and Design Kit in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

A Brand Board in Sparkforge holds your logos, colors, and fonts in one Design Kit you can reuse across emails, funnels, and websites. Build from scratch, a template, or a website URL.

A Brand Board in Sparkforge is a centralized space for your brand's visual identity. Each Brand Board contains a Design Kit — your logos, brand colors, and typography — that you can apply across emails, funnels, websites, and other assets in your account.

Why use a Brand Board

  • Consistency: the same logo, colors, and fonts wherever you build — site, email, social.
  • Speed: stop hunting through Drive for logo files or remembering hex codes.
  • Easy management: update once, reuse everywhere new content goes.

Three ways to create a Brand Board

  • Start from blank — manually add logos, colors, and fonts.
  • Use a preset template — start from a curated style and adjust.
  • Import from a website URL — Sparkforge detects logos, colors, and typography from the page and pre-fills the kit.

Create a Brand Board

Step 1: Add a design kit

  1. Open Marketing in the left nav.
  2. Click Brand Boards in the top nav.

Step 4: Add brand colors

  1. Click the Colors tab.

  3. Rename each color for easy reference.
  4. Include at least 2 colors; up to 10 are supported.

Step 5: Set fonts

  1. Click the Typography tab.
  2. Add fonts via the dropdown.
  3. You can add 1 to 5 fonts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will changing colors in the Brand Board update existing emails or funnels?
No. Updates only affect the color picker for new content. Existing designs keep their original colors until you edit them directly.
How do I make a Brand Board the default?
Click the three-dot menu on the Brand Board and choose Set as Default.
What does Sparkforge import from a website URL?
The URL import detects visual brand elements on the page — typically logos, dominant colors, and the typography in use — and pre-fills your Design Kit.
Can I edit or delete a Brand Board later?
Yes. Use the three-dot menu next to the Brand Board to edit or delete. Deletion can't be undone — be cautious.
What are the limits per design kit?
Up to 5 fonts, 10 colors, and 2 logos per Brand Board.
Where do uploaded logos live?
In a folder in your media library named after the Brand Board. You can clean up old logos from there if needed.
