Brand Board Colors in the Form, Survey, and Quiz Builder

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Sparkforge form, survey, and quiz builder pulls saved Brand Board colors straight into the color picker so every element stays on brand without manual hex codes.

Brand Board colors now appear directly inside the Sparkforge form, survey, and quiz builder. Pick a saved brand color from the color picker while you style buttons, inputs, labels, and other elements — no copy-pasting hex codes.

What this changes

Brand Board colors show up automatically based on your saved Brand Board. If they do not appear, confirm the Brand Board has colors configured and that the correct default Brand Board is set.

What you get

  • Faster styling: apply approved colors without typing hex values.
  • Brand consistency: buttons, fields, and labels stay aligned to the palette.
  • Simpler collaboration: teams share one set of reusable colors across forms, surveys, and quizzes.
  • Easier color management: open Brand Settings from the picker to add or manage custom colors.

How the color picker works

  1. Open a color field in the builder.
  2. The picker shows three sections: Brand Colors, Global Custom Colors, and Default Colors.
  3. Click a saved Brand Color to apply it to the current element. The preview updates immediately.
  4. To add a new custom color, click Manage in the picker to open Brand Settings.
Note: Changing your default Brand Board does not restyle existing forms, surveys, or quizzes. Existing assets keep their styling until you update them manually.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are my Brand Colors not showing up?
Confirm your Brand Board has colors saved and that the correct default Brand Board is set for the location.
What is the difference between Brand Colors and Global Custom Colors?
Brand Colors come from your Brand Board's approved palette. Global Custom Colors are reusable saved colors managed from Brand Settings and used across supported color pickers.
Will switching my default Brand Board update existing forms?
No. Existing forms, surveys, and quizzes keep their current styling. You have to update each asset manually.
Can I add a custom color from inside the builder?
Yes. Click Manage in the color picker to open Brand Settings and add or edit custom colors without leaving the builder.
