How to Save Email Builder Elements for Reuse in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

In the Sparkforge email builder, hover any element or layout and click the Save icon. Saved items live globally for that location, can be renamed for clarity, and are searchable from the Saved Items panel.

Designing emails from scratch every time wastes time and produces inconsistent layouts. The Sparkforge email builder lets you save individual elements or full layouts and pull them into any campaign or template in your location.

What you can do with saved items

  • Save any element, section, or layout for reuse.
  • Rename saved items so they are easy to find later.
  • Search saved items by name from the side panel.

Save an element or layout

  1. Go to Marketing > Email Marketing and open any campaign or template.
  2. Build the element or layout you want to keep.
  3. Hover the element or layout and click the Save icon.
  4. Find it under Saved Items in the top right of the builder.

Saved items are stored at the location level and appear in every existing and future email template or campaign in that location.

Rename a saved item

Click the three dots on the saved item and choose Rename. Type a clear name (for example, Weekly Update Body Content) and save. Specific names beat generic ones when your library grows.

Search saved items

Use the search bar at the top of the Saved Items panel to filter by name. This is why renaming matters — searching only works as well as your naming.
