Manage and Create Templates from the Admin Screen

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Agency admins can now create and manage templates from a single admin screen — no more navigating through individual sub-accounts to import a template.

Template Library admin lets agency admins create and manage templates from one screen instead of jumping between sub-accounts. Pick the source, preview the asset, rename, and publish — all without leaving the admin view.

How it works

  1. Open Template Library → Admin.
  2. Click Create in the top right.
  3. Choose the sub-account, product, and template name.
  4. Click Continue to preview the template thumbnail. Click the thumbnail for a full-screen preview.
  5. Rename the template if needed.
  6. Click Create to finalize.
  7. Update the description and categories.
  8. Choose Publish or Save as draft.

Why it helps

  • Single screen workflow: consolidates template management instead of bouncing between sub-accounts.
  • Faster onboarding: import what you need into the library without touching the source account UI.
  • Cleaner publishing: draft and publish in the same flow, with descriptions and categories applied up front.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I save a template as a draft before publishing?
Yes. After creating the template, choose Save as draft instead of Publish — you can return and update it later.
Do I need to be an agency admin to use this?
Yes. Template Library admin access is scoped to agency admin roles.
