How to Create a Meta Sales Objective Campaign in Sparkforge
Open Ad Manager in Sparkforge, create a Facebook campaign with the Sales objective, and pick either Website (Meta Pixel) or Messaging Apps (Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp) as the conversion location.
The Sales objective in Meta Ads optimizes for conversions on either your website or a messaging app. From Sparkforge Ad Manager you can launch the campaign, attach a connected Facebook page, and track results without leaving the platform.
What conversion locations are supported
- Website conversions — Meta Pixel tracks purchases, sign-ups, leads, and add-to-cart events on your site.
- Messaging Apps — Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp drive direct conversations.
App and in-store are not supported for the Sales objective at this time.
Create the campaign
- Open the sub-account, go to
Marketing > Ad Manager, and click + Create Campaign. Pick Facebook Campaign and start from scratch. - Select your Facebook page. If you want Instagram placement, connect an Instagram account or use the Facebook page itself.
- Choose Sales as the objective.
- Pick a conversion location: Website or Messaging Apps.
- Set up tracking: install Meta Pixel for website conversions and pick a conversion event, or pick a destination app and configure automated replies.
- Build the ad: pick single image/video or carousel, upload creative, add a CTA like Shop Now or Sign Up.
- Set a daily or lifetime budget.
- Define your audience using Custom, Lookalike, or interest-based targeting.
- Review and click Publish.
Monitor performance
Open Ad Manager Statistics to track Pixel events and message conversions. Adjust budget, creative, or audience based on what is working.
Troubleshooting
Website conversions are not tracking
- Verify Meta Pixel fires correctly using the Pixel Helper extension.
- Confirm the Pixel is configured for the events you care about.
- Check that the Pixel is linked to the URLs where conversions happen.
Messaging conversions are not tracking
- Confirm Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp is enabled and linked to your business.
- Test by interacting with your own ad and check for the event in Ads Manager.
Campaign is under-delivering
- Raise the budget so Meta has room to optimize.
- Broaden audience targeting if it is too narrow.
- Refresh creative — repeated or low-engagement ads stall delivery.
