How to Create Ad Campaigns from Templates in Sparkforge Ad Manager
Sparkforge Ad Manager integrates with the Template Library so you can spin up new campaigns from pre-built templates or save winning campaigns as reusable templates across sub-accounts.
Sparkforge Ad Manager works with the Template Library so you can launch new campaigns from a known-good starting point or turn a successful campaign into a reusable template for the rest of your team.
Where Ad Manager lives in the Template Library
From agency view, the Template Library includes an Ad Manager tab. Filter templates by campaign objective — Lead Generation or Website Traffic. New objectives become new filters as they're added to the campaign creation flow.
Why use templates
- Faster setup: skip the blank-canvas problem and start from a working campaign.
- Consistent design: high-quality stock images and copy keep your brand polished.
- Easy filtering: search by objective and preview before you commit.
- Customizable: every template is editable — swap images, colors, and copy as needed.
- Cost-effective: no designer or agency required for a clean baseline.
Create a campaign from a template
- On the Ad Manager home screen, click the Create Campaign dropdown.
- Choose Ad Manager Templates.
- Browse the templates and click one to preview it.
- Click Continue to load the template into a new campaign.
- Review the pre-filled details. If the objective is Lead Generation, assign a Facebook form.
- Click through to publish.
What templates don't carry over
Two pieces are not copied with the template; you set them on the new campaign:
- Page: the campaign uses your default page until you change it in Edit Campaign.
- Lead Generation form: pick the form to attach manually if your objective is Lead Generation.
Save an existing campaign as a template
Got a campaign that crushed it? Promote it to a template so other sub-accounts can reuse it.
- In your campaigns list, click the ellipsis (…) on the campaign you want to save.
- Choose Upload to Template Library.
- In the dialog, enter a template name and select a category. Categories live under Template Library settings — create one if you don't have a fit.
- Click Upload to save it as a draft template.
- The draft template editor opens. Make any tweaks, then save as draft or publish.
