How to Create a Contact Form in Sparkforge
Open Sites > Forms in Sparkforge, click Create New Form, drag the fields you need, configure notifications and the post-submit action, then click Integrate to embed the form on your site.
A contact form is the simplest path from a website visitor to a CRM record. Sparkforge ships a drag-and-drop builder with templates, custom fields, styling, and embed options — no plugins, no code.
Step 1: Open the form builder
- Log in to Sparkforge.
- Switch to the correct sub-account.
- In the left sidebar, click Sites > Forms.
- Click + Create New Form. Pick a Contact Form template or start blank.
Step 2: Add fields
Drag fields from the right panel into the form. Common contact-form fields:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Message (custom text area)
For data the standard fields don't cover, use Custom Fields. For specific options, use dropdowns, checkboxes, or radio buttons. Drag fields up or down to reorder; long forms scroll automatically as you drag.
Step 3: Configure settings
Notifications
Set up email notifications to your team and to the lead so both sides get a copy of the submission.
Style and design
Open the Styles tab to set background, text color, and spacing. Toggle Full Width for responsive embeds.
Post-submit action
Under Settings, choose what happens after submission:
- Show a Thank You message — enter the custom copy.
- Redirect to another page — enter the URL.
- Trigger a workflow — fire automation like a follow-up email or SMS.
Step 4: Save and embed
- Click Save Form.
- Click Integrate Form to open the embed options.
- Copy the embed code into your website, or copy the form link to share via email or social.
For control over how the embed renders — sticky sidebar, slide-in, popup, or inline — and trigger or deactivation rules, configure those in the Integrate panel.
