How to Add Products to Email Templates in Sparkforge
In Marketing > Emails > Templates, drag the Product element into your template to show product details and a custom CTA. Direct checkout links only resolve in Campaign mode.
The Product element drops a product card with image, description, price, and CTA into a Sparkforge email template. The element used to be limited to Campaigns. Now it works in reusable Templates, so the same product layout flows into Workflows, Campaigns, and Broadcasts.
Add a Product element to a template
- Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates.
- Click + New to start a template.
- Choose a layout or start from scratch.
- Drag the Product element into the email body.
- Click the Product block to edit:
- Select a product. The image and copy auto-pull from the product record.
- Adjust the title and description.
- Set a custom redirect link.
- Edit the button label.
- Save the template. Use it in Workflows, Campaigns, or Broadcasts.
Checkout links: Templates vs. Campaign mode
- Direct checkout links only resolve when the email is sent in Campaign mode.
- In Templates, point the button at a custom redirect URL (your checkout page or a landing page).
- Confirm the product record under Payments > Products has a name, price, and image set.
Use multiple products in one email
Drop in additional Product elements for each product you want to feature. Layout, spacing, fonts, colors, and button styles can be customized per block to match your brand.
