Fix Missing Facebook Pages During Sparkforge Integration

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

When Facebook Pages don't appear in Sparkforge's Manage Pages dropdown, the user usually needs to re-enable every Business Integration toggle for Sparkforge in Facebook's Settings > Business Integrations and confirm Page admin access.

If Facebook Pages don't show up when you connect Facebook to Sparkforge, the fix is almost always inside Facebook's Business Integration permissions, not Sparkforge.

Fix the missing Pages

  1. Sign in to Facebook.
  2. Click your profile avatar (top right) and open Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, click Business Integrations.
  4. Find the Sparkforge app and click View and edit.
  5. Scroll all the way down. Toggle every permission on.
  6. When the Pages list with checkboxes appears, check every Page you want available to your Sparkforge sub-accounts.
  7. Click Save.

Important rules

  • Only the user who originally connected the Page sees it in the dropdown. They must be a Page admin.
  • That user will not see other users' Pages — only their own.
  • If Pages are already checked from prior connections, do not uncheck them. Unchecking breaks the Sparkforge integration on those Pages even if you aren't actively connecting them right now.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I only see some of my Facebook Pages?
Only the Facebook user who originally integrated each Page sees it in the dropdown, and that user must be a Page admin. Pages connected by other users in your team won't appear in your dropdown.
Will toggling permissions disconnect existing Sparkforge sub-accounts?
Turning toggles on is safe. Unchecking already-checked Pages in the list will break the Sparkforge integration for those Pages, so leave existing checks alone.
What if I'm not a Page admin?
Ask the Page admin to add you as an admin in Facebook Page Roles, or have them complete the integration themselves.
