Module Reference
Personality
Defines tone, warmth, empathy, pacing, active listening, and phrasing variation. Edit core traits and conversational confirmations.
Appointment Booking
Controls when the agent fetches available slots, how it confirms bookings, how it handles rejections, how it interprets time-of-day preferences, and how it reacts to unclear input.
Date and Time Awareness
Maps relative phrases like "this Monday" or "next Sunday," defines ranges for "evening" and "early morning," and applies time zone handling.
Numbers and Symbols Speech Rules
